The subsequent terms and conditions govern all transactions made by ADVATEC INTERNATIONAL LLC (referred to as “Advatec Direct”).
Shipping Shipping Conditions: Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free standard ground shipping. Orders under $100.00 will incur actual shipping cost fee. Certain conditions apply. Freight Surcharges may be added to orders without prior notice to aid in any inflationary changes. Rejecting or not accepting delivery may lead to return freight and restocking fees at seller’s sole discretion.
Fees for Shipping and Handling: Shipping costs are variable without prior notice. Order values are computed as Net after all discounts.
Returns: Product Returns, Remedial Boundaries: Claims concerning Advatec Direct’s products are capped at the product’s purchase price. The prescribed remedy is the sole recourse for the buyer. Neither party shall be accountable for incidental or consequential damages, irrespective of negligence. Buyer relinquishes alternative claims and remedies.
Product Damages: Product Damages must be documented immediately as they are discovered, and buyer must attempt to document the incident to the best of their ability to show that the damage was from the shipper. Buyer must notify Advatec Direct within 48 hours of damage to be eligible for reimbursement for damage; parcel or LTL delivery. Buyer MUST inspect LTL shipment before signing BOL (Bill Of Lading), and buyer MUST write any damages on the BOL and inform shipping carrier of damages to be written up and documented for damage claiming. BUYER UNDERSTANDS THAT BY NOT FOLLOWING THE ABOVE INSTRUCTION, THAT THEY MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT(S) due to Advatec Direct not being able to claim the damage funds from the shipping carrier(s).
Methods of reimbursement: Advatec Direct may either issue a refund to the buyer’s original charge method, or by mailing them a check. Advatec Direct may either issue a replacement product or a reimbursement for compensation, at their sole discretion.
Warranties Product Guarantees – Comprehensive: Alongside manufacturer warranties, Advatec Direct assures product conformity to its specifications, devoid of material or workmanship flaws. NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE OFFERED, IMPLIED INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND SUITABILITY. Buyer must alert Advatec Direct of non-conformity within 30 days, adhering to the outlined returns process for remedies. repair, replacement, or refund follows protocol. Payments: Payment: All sales will be via credit, debit, or ACH. Buyer will submit the order with payment, and the payment method will be charged when the order has been shipped (completed or uncompleted).
