  • FILTER MEDIA PERFORMANCE – ULTRAMAX filter media are placed in handy, ergonomic baskets that are free to reconfigure. This guarantees efficient mechanical and biological filtration that meets the needs of any aquarium, including the ideal conditions for the growth of beneficial nitrifying bacteria.
  • PRE-FILTER – The first of its kind in the market, a sponge pre-filter comes built-in to the lid of each ULTRAMAX filter. It is designed to capture coarse mechanical impurities before they can get inside the filter, protecting the device from clogging and reducing the frequency of cleaning. Regularly cleaning the pre-filter sponge with tap water is simple, and does not require disconnecting from the power supply or removing it from the aquarium stand.
  • QUIET – The ceramic rotor shaft, coupled with the design of the pump rotor and the rotor chamber result in virtually noiseless operation. Use the filter in any room, even in a bedroom.
  • EFFICIENT – The ULTRAMAX filter features a high water flow rate and can efficiently operate even in very large tanks. It also consumes very little energy, which means lower electricity bills for aquarium keepers. The fine performance control also makes it easy to adjust the rate of operation to each user’s needs.
  • SAFE TO USE – Water inlets and outlets in these filters are equipped with dual ball-valves that are extremely reliable. The integrated cut-off valves prevent even the smallest water leaks and allow the hoses to be easily and quickly disconnected from the filter.

If arriving via Truck/LTL, please write on BOL (Bill of Lading) detailing the damage(s), and you MUST inform the delivery driver of the damages, and instruct them to call the damage(s) into dispatch. No, you do not need to order $1,000 in glass/cabinets alone to be able to purchase them. For example, you can purchase $900 in standard products, and purchase only 1x $150 Aquarium, and you would be able to purchase the product. As long as your order subtotal exceeds $1,000, you will be able to purchase glass/cabinets.
