Please Ensure Water Sample is as Clear as Possible Prior to Testing for Best Results

Step 1

Fill a clean test tube to the line with 5ml of aquarium water.

Step 2

Add 5 drops of reagent 1 vertically.

Step 3

Securely cap the test tube and shake vigorously upside-down for 20 seconds.

Step 4

Tighten Reagent 2 cap to prevent leaks, invert Reagent 2 & shake vigorously upside-down for 30 seconds (at least 60 full cycles to allow proper mixing)

Step 5

Add 2 drops of Reagent 2 vertically to the test tube.

Step 6

Securely cap the test tube and shake vigorously upside-down for 5 seconds.

Step 7

Wait 3 minutes for the color to develop.

Step 8

Place the test tube on the white part of the label and compare against the color chart.
