If arriving via Truck/LTL, please write on BOL (Bill of Lading) detailing the damage(s), and you MUST inform the delivery driver of the damages, and instruct them to call the damage(s) into dispatch. PLEASE take as many pictures of the damage as possible – this will help us have a prompt & successful claim from the carrier.

*All claims must be submitted 48 hours from date of delivery, otherwise we will not be able to claim the damages/loss. Please submit claims ASAP*

No, you do not need to order $1,000 in glass/cabinets alone to be able to purchase them. For example, you can purchase $900 in standard products, and purchase only 1x $150 Aquarium, and you would be able to purchase the product. As long as your order subtotal exceeds $1,000, you will be able to purchase glass/cabinets.
